black + white + RED all over

Hello hello!!

Thanksgiving has come and gone and with that, it is time for festive Christmas outfits (insert clapping emoji!). I haven't blogged for the past couple years around Christmas, so I am so excited to be sharing festive outfits and style inspo with you all! The first fit of the season is one of my FAVORITES. And I hope I can wear it for Christmas or Christmas Eve something this year (who even knows what my family will be up to!). If you seriously have no idea where to start with Christmas outfits, I always recommend a fun skirt (plaid, checked, bright colored, glittery, or even corduroy) and then add a matching sweater. You can really stay basic with the clothing pieces and then work up the fanciness with shoes (heels, boots, flats) and accessories (add more sparkle with bigger pieces and gems!).

This sweater is easily becoming one of my favorites. It's a little large so I recommend sizing down (I got a small and honestly could have done the x-small, which I NEVER do). It's currently out of stock (but honestly I wouldn't be surprised if it restocks- so put your name on the waitlist!). I've linked some similar pieces in the carousel with all the items!

Ok let's chat about this SKIRT. So cute, so festive. I truly love buffalo plaid (the typical red and black large check pattern you see around the fall!). What's great about this skirt is that it's not entirely a Christmas/holiday skirt, so you can wear it earlier in the year and even wear if after Christmas season. Red is such a great and flattering color so you will make a statement no matter when you wear it! It's currently in stock in a few sizes so be sure to snag it fast if you love it!

Accessories really make the outfit! I paired the skirt + sweater combo with cap toe heels (my FAVE), large pearl earrings, and a black headband. I also added some arm candy with Kendra Scott bracelets and a bow bracelet I got on Etsy YEARS ago.

These shoes are also incredibly comfy and look so cute with everything. I think they would pair so well with some looser jeans and a sweater, a fancy cocktail dress, or even just a fun skirt and blouse. Seriously so versatile and very French and Chanel!

I really do love a festive outfit! I feel like this one really takes me back to my super preppy roots (circa 2015/2016 lol). I'll link some older holiday outfit posts below in case you are in need of even more inspo!
