fall ensemble with wild juniper

Hello everyone! Today I am partnering with Wild Juniper Designs to show you all one of their fabulous items, the Boho Minimalist Tassel Necklace. I am sure you all know how much I love tassels, so when I found this item I was obsessed. It comes in an array of colors, so it is perfect for the fall season, tailgates, and even year around attire! The colors range from gray (like the one featured in today's post) to hot pink (swoon!). I also love the quality of this necklace- the tassels are made with genuine leather on a gold plated chain. So without further adieu here is my fall ensemble featuring this trendy item.

I wanted to feature the necklace in a typical fall outfit of mine so you can see how I will be rocking this necklace all season long. I chose to break the white after Labor Day rule (gasp!!) by wearing white jeans and a denim shirt. I love this combination even in fall because the contrast of white and denim makes your look crisp and has an outdoorsy flair. I can just envision picking pumpkins or going to an apple orchard while wearing white jeans (anyone else??)

For an added pop of color I chose my trusty green quilted vest from Red Dress Boutique. I purchased this last year but have found several look a likes so you can get your hands on one. I love the green color because it is not very common in clothing. This year I feel like emerald green is making a comeback though- you just wait and see!

Now onto shoes. Obviously one of the most important aspects of every aspect. Booties are in trend once again, so I paired the look with my taupe booties from Old Navy. These are several years old but it just goes to show that some pieces will continue to remain in style! I love how the gray in the necklace compliments the gray tones in the booties.

I hope you all enjoyed the first of many fall inspired looks on the blog. I am in love with my new necklace, so be sure to check out Wild Juniper as they have some beautiful pieces that are just perfect for this time of year. Even though it is still in the 80s in South Carolina, I am so ready to start dressing in layers. I love having my tassel necklace as a way to start that transition. In fact, I am currently wearing another one as a write this post! You see how this love for tassels has grown? Yep- it's an addiction. I might even be purchasing the hot pink tassel necklace from Wild Juniper very soon...

As always,
